Peachtree City lab completes its capacity expansion. The detail below covers what changed, what it means day to day for treating plants and specifiers, and where the work goes next.

What changed on the line

The change sits inside the treating cycle rather than around it, so the plant keeps its existing charge sizes, handling steps and shift pattern. Operators see the difference in the process record, not in the routine.

Operational impact

Cycle times, drying schedules and yard handling are unchanged. Where a plant runs tight on cylinder availability, the reclaimed minutes are worth having, but nothing downstream has to move.

Training and support

Our engineering-services team walks the crew through the change on site, then stays available while the first charges run. The written procedure is updated at the same time so the plant has one current reference.
